Metal seated ball valves

The metal-seated shut-off, control, and special ball valves are precisely produced to the customer’s process requirements. These valves are used under the most extreme industrial conditions, such as in the energy sector, mining, refineries, LNG, offshore applications, and pipeline construction. Nominal sizes range from DN 15 (½″) to DN 1000 (40″), and pressure ratings from DIN PN 10 – PN 400 (ASME Class 150 – 4500) are covered. The various sealing systems are specially designed for your specific application, for example using High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) thermal spray coatings, tungsten and chrome carbide, or diffusion processes (boride). Larger nominal sizes and special material requirements can be manufactured as needed.
