Sampling systems- Inline Sampling vavles- Sampling ball valves

Sampling Systems DN 8 – DN 25 (¼″ – 1″)

Flanges or threads PN16 – PN40 (ANSI 150lbs – 300lbs)
Material: Stainless steel 1.4404, AISI 316, AISI 316L

Individually manufactured sampling systems make a major contribution to quality and process improvement. These application-specific systems are designed and engineered according to customer requirements, providing safe and fresh sampling of liquid or gaseous media to protect people and the environment, thereby improving process quality.

Samples of critical or toxic media can be taken safely using automatically closing sample containers during collection, or through directly integrated forced-control mechanisms.

For hermetically sealed sampling, additional components such as protective cabinets, needle adapters, piston syringes, and activated carbon filters are used. A wide range of variations and accessories — including combinations with inline samplers or sampling systems — are available.

Reactor Sampling Systems DN 25 – DN 100 (1″ – 4″)

PN 16 (ANSI 150lbs)
Lining: PFA, PFA-AS (conductive)

Lined reactor sampling systems are complex, proven solutions primarily used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Their key advantage lies in enabling closed, representative sampling of liquids, suspensions, or other media from reactors and vessels from above — reliably, quickly, and with maximum safety, without interrupting the process.

Sampling is performed by vacuum or overpressure. However, these systems are not suitable for boiling media; for such applications, special loop systems are available.

Sampling Valves DN 15 – DN 150 (½″ – 6″)

Flanges according to DIN PN 10/16 (ANSI 150 lbs)
Lining: PFA, PFA-AS (conductive)

Inline sampling valves are installed directly in the pipeline or in a bypass. They allow dead-space-free, representative sampling of liquids directly from the product-carrying line. Sampling can be carried out under pressure or vacuum without interrupting the process.

The valves can be installed either horizontally or vertically. In combination with a closed piston syringe, gaseous media can also be sampled in addition to liquids — without contact with the environment or the operator.

Sampling valves and systems are primarily used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and refinery industries.

Sampling Ball Valves DN 15 – DN 150 (½″ – 6″)

Flanges according to DIN PN 10/16 (ANSI 150 lbs)
Lining: PFA, PFA-AS (conductive)

The inline sampling ball valve is available with a stainless steel AISI 316 (CF-8M) body and plastic lining, or entirely in stainless steel AISI 316 (CF-8M). The volumetric sampler extracts defined sample volumes — including very small quantities — from horizontal pipelines.

By isolating the main line during sampling, system pressure is not transmitted, allowing vacuum samples to be taken without modification. The full-bore design and optimally embedded valve unit eliminate dead space, enabling easy cleaning and making the pipeline piggable.

Thanks to the large outlet opening, pasty and highly viscous samples can also be taken easily.
